The selected candidate will make outbound sales calls to the assigned territory to increase sales by securing fill-in orders, upselling products, and promoting new styles; research and sign new business; answer inbound dealer queue telephone calls; and use Excel reporting to create reports to support sales conversations. Inside Sales Representative duties include: outbound calls to the territory; prompt and professional inbound call handling; meeting or exceeding outbound call targets; creating and maintaining sales reporting; responding promptly to emails and tasks; securing and entering orders via phone, fax, or email; selling new styles and closeouts and presenting promotional offers; providing callers with accurate information and routing requests to the appropriate department; acquiring and maintaining knowledge of product lines; suggesting alternate product selections and upgrades as needed; maintaining and exceeding set dollar sales goals; working with outside sales to cover the territory; following up within 24 hours of customer requests; documenting and communicating complaints to management; and coordinating with internal partners to ensure customer expectations are met. Qualifications include an Associate’s degree or equivalent; 1–2 years of sales experience; 1–2 years of call center experience; knowledge of online shopping and ecommerce user experience; proficiency in Microsoft
