Collinson is seeking a Software Development Engineer in Test (SDET) in Poland for a fully remote role. Because we do not yet have a local legal entity in Poland, the position is onboarded via an Employer of Record (EOR) or umbrella company and offered on a fixed-term international contractor agreement. You will be embedded in a collaborative engineering environment, shaping testing standards, supporting engineers, and ensuring quality across the entire software development lifecycle. Your work will focus on making sure systems not only work but work well together, balancing automation with human insight and keeping the end-user in mind. You will drive automated testing efforts covering contract testing, smoke, regression, and end-to-end testing, delivering fast with confidence.
