What you’ll actually be doing - Own a portfolio of accounts from signup through to go-live, acting as a key point of contact alongside our Strategic Account Managers - Drive onboarding speed and quality, ensuring clients gain value quickly and correctly - Manage post‑go‑live implementation requests for enterprise and growth clients, configuring changes to their live systems - Query our database and learn SQL to access client data and troubleshoot issues (no previous experience required) - Get hands‑on with the product, assessing, configuring, and troubleshooting client account setups - Spot risks early and flag anything that could threaten adoption or renewal before it becomes a problem - Build real relationships through regular client calls and clear, confident communication - Work cross‑functionally with Account Management, Partnerships, Marketing Science, Product, and the wid
