Absys Cyborg, a trusted partner for SMEs and mid-sized companies, is expanding its Pennylane Consulting practice and recruiting a Customer Success Delivery Manager (F/H) to be based near one of our 13 French offices. Reporting to the Pennylane Activity Director, you will lead a dedicated delivery and client-success team deploying and supporting the Pennylane solution. Beyond day-to-day management, you will actively help structure a fast-growing practice and contribute to evolving our service offerings around SaaS and AI. Your main responsibilities include: delivering Pennylane with guaranteed quality, timelines, and client satisfaction; coaching and growing a multi-site team of consultants; acting as the project reference for strategic or high-stakes engagements and ensuring smooth interfaces between clients, commercial teams, support, and the editor; driving improvements to delivery methods, tools, and processes; participating in recruitment and skills development; and proposing future services around AI to advance the Pennylane offering. Occasional nationwide travel is expected. The ideal candidate has a higher education degree and solid experience in delivering SaaS solutions in dynamic environments, can coordinate high-stakes projects and demanding clients, and can structure activity around performance and service quality. You are an accomplished people manager who can unite, develop, and empower teams while promoting autonomy and engagement.
