What you’ll do: - Lead, coach, and develop the KidCare team to deliver a consistently safe, clean, and engaging childcare experience. - Maintain compliance with all required background checks and safety standards. - Create age-appropriate programming and playbooks for KidCare; ensure safety procedures are followed at all times. - Build strong relationships with families and provide a welcoming environment.
