As a Project Manager supporting the Department of Veterans Affairs, you will manage projects that enhance access to care for veterans and health care professionals. Responsibilities include leading the design, implementation, and evaluation of healthcare programs aligned with value-based care models; analyzing clinical, financial, and operational data; collaborating with clinical and administrative leaders; developing and managing project plans; leading teams on large projects; managing budgets and resources; monitoring KPIs and regulatory benchmarks (CMS, NCQA, HEDIS); preparing executive reports; liaising between consulting teams and client stakeholders; mentoring junior analysts; and ensuring timely, cost-effective project completion.
