You will be the primary post-sales point of contact, responsible for keeping clients satisfied, retaining revenue, and driving growth through upsell and cross-sell opportunities. Your day-to-day will include owning revenue and delivery targets for your book of business; building long-term relationships through regular engagement; conducting business reviews; coordinating with internal teams (Partner Support, Operations, Sales Administration, Marketing, Legal and Finance); promoting InPost services; and securing client testimonials and case studies.
