Job Title: Corporate Recruiter (Remote)
We are partnering with a well-established, nationally recognized consumer products company to recruit an experienced Corporate Recruiter to support a range of corporate and G&A hiring initiatives. This is an excellent opportunity to join a collaborative Talent Acquisition team in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
Responsibilities
Qualifications:
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from intake to offer acceptance
- Partner with hiring managers to understand needs and develop recruiting strategies
- Source, screen, interview, and manage candidates across multiple corporate functions
- Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs
- Provide an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
- Advise hiring managers on market trends, interview best practices, and hiring decisions
- Coordinate interviews, gather feedback, and facilitate offer discussions
- Maintain accurate candidate records and recruiting activity within the ATS
- Track recruiting metrics and communicate progress to key stakeholders
- Recruit across G&A and corporate positions such as Human Resources, Finance & Accounting, Legal, Procurement, Supply Chain, Marketing, Communications, Administrative & Executive Support, Corporate Strategy, and other business operations functions
- 3+ years of full-cycle corporate recruiting experience
- Experience recruiting for G&A and corporate functions
- Strong sourcing skills using LinkedIn Recruiter and other recruiting platforms
- Ability to manage multiple requisition
