The Director, Program Manager leads a global program management function for a multi-region security operations program supporting a large datacenter client. You will establish governance, operating rhythms, and delivery standards; provide executive reporting; coordinate across security operations, business operations, and other functions; and ensure strategic priorities are translated into measurable outcomes with consistency, pace, and operational excellence. As a senior leader on the leadership team, you will direct a team of international managers, maintain precise and timely communication with internal leaders, partners, and customers, and drive enterprise analytics and reporting to improve service quality, operational efficiency and business results.
