Senior Business Intelligence Analyst to support the Knight Cancer Group (KCI) at Oregon Health & Science University by translating clinical and operational needs into standardized metrics, KPIs, dashboards, and reporting frameworks that enhance cancer care delivery and performance improvement. The role focuses on developing and maintaining BI solutions across clinical, operational, staffing, and related domains, including collaboration with KCI data operations and IT staff. Responsibilities include building dashboards and reports using Business Objects Web Intelligence and Crystal, Epic Reporting Workbench, Radar, SlicerDicer, Clarity, Caboodle, Azure, and Power BI; defining metric definitions; ensuring alignment with regulatory and oncology-specific reporting; conducting requirements sessions; providing end-user training and ongoing production support; and mentoring junior analysts.
