Shine in a Team Lead role by supervising program staff, including special education teachers, school social workers, teachers, and climate managers, and by driving student and staff success through strong leadership. The Team Lead will ensure that all students are educated in accordance with their Individualized Education Plans (IEPs); conduct classroom observations (formal and informal); lead weekly staff meetings; participate in monthly goal reviews with the supervisor; involve parents through regular education events; and ensure compliance with state licensing policies related to health, safety, and well-being. Responsibilities also include arranging staff supervisions with opportunities for self-evaluation and growth, identifying professional development needs, and coordinating with families and school teams to optimize outcomes. Qualifications include a Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited institution; extensive experience with students who have behavioral challenges is strongly preferred; proficiency with Microsoft Office is desirable; and a commitment to learning and applying feedback. This is an on-site position based in Chester, England, United Kingdom.
