The position offers comprehensive experience across all aspects of accounting and will be responsible for maintaining accounting records, reconciling to Trucordia standards, preparing monthly close work papers, and consolidating multi-company financial statements with variance analysis. The Staff Accountant will collaborate with leadership to manage financial goals and deadlines, support annual audits, and lead staff and junior accountants to meet deadlines. Key duties include reporting financial information to management, performing balance sheet reconciliations, reviewing revenue reconciliation to carrier and client agreements, and identifying trends from data to inform projects. Qualifications include a bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance (or 1–3 years of related experience), proficiency in general ledger reconciliations, accounts payable/receivable, and journal entries, experience with month-end and year-end closings, strong Excel skills (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, formulas), and the ability to work independently and collaboratively with integrity and confidentiality.
