We are seeking a Customer Success Support Manager to lead the frontline team responsible for helping customers maximize our retirement savings platform. You will coach and develop direct reports, manage escalations, and drive initiatives to elevate the customer experience and improve operational efficiency. The role partners with Enablement, Operations, Plan Administration, and Product/Program Management to implement platform and process improvements. The position is located in Lindon, Utah, with a hybrid schedule: in-office Monday-Thursday and remote on Fridays. Requirements include 3+ years of people management, 2+ years of 401(k) industry experience, and a track record of scaling support operations in high-volume environments. A bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is required. Base salary for this position ranges from $65,000 to $70,000, depending on location and experience, with additional compensation components possible.
