About the role: We are looking for an early-career Machine Learning Engineer to build and deploy state-of-the-art ML models to address challenges facing today’s electric grid. You will work closely with other Machine Learning Engineers, Data Scientists, and Software Engineers across diverse ML domains including multimodal machine learning, information retrieval, natural language processing, and agentic AI. Responsibilities include training and deploying ML models in production, helping develop enterprise-quality ML systems across domains, operationalizing model training and serving at scale, and staying current with the latest ML advancements. What you should have: a Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Machine Learning, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field; experience in ML model development and engineering; proficiency in Python and ML frameworks such as PyTorch or TensorFlow; experience building and deploying ML systems at scale or demonstrated applied ML research.
