Faculty Advisor (Customer Success) – Mathematics and Statistics at Pearson. This full-time role, remote in the United States, is part of the North America Higher Education Customer Success team. You will partner with course-level administrators to align Pearson digital products with instructors' learning objectives and student outcomes, bringing expert knowledge of teaching Statistics at the college level. Responsibilities include advising on digital assessment, grading, and reporting using MyLab; creating content and training resources (videos, guides, live and recorded webinars); collaborating with Product and Sales teams on platform development and sales enablement; and tracking progress with established milestones and metrics. Some travel is required for face-to-face trainings and attendance at conferences.
