NVIDIA is seeking a System Software Engineer for its GPU Performance Infrastructure team to build end-to-end performance verification infrastructure for next-generation GPU architectures. The role involves developing scalable data pipelines to surface performance metrics from simulation, emulation, and silicon environments, and coordinating with GPU architects to craft verification infrastructure. You will collaborate with HW teams to automate and accelerate verification workflows, enabling faster GPU build iteration and providing insights to understand current performance and guide future designs. Qualifications include a BS/MS in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or equivalent experience; 3+ years of software engineering experience with C++ and Python; strong CS fundamentals (data structures, algorithms, OOP, system design); Verilog basics are a plus; experience with chip/system simulation/emulation and exposure to GPU/CPU/SoC verification or AI development tools is desirable. Salary ranges: 124,000 USD - 195,500 USD for Level 2 and 152,000 USD - 241,500 USD for Level 3, plus equity and benefits. Applications accepted until August 1, 2026.
