This senior role ensures that E-EFMP software solutions are secure, scalable, high-performing, and designed according to best practices for modern cloud-based architectures. The E-EFMP Development Lead / Scrum Master coordinates Agile execution across cross-functional engineering teams, guides secure development, mentors developers, enforces architectural standards, and collaborates with key stakeholders to support user-centric, mission-driven product delivery. Duties & Responsibilities The E-EFMP Development Lead / Scrum Master will: Serve as the principal architect responsible for secure, scalable, and reliable application design. Lead Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, refinement, daily standups, reviews, and retrospectives.
