Clinical Project Manager responsible for supporting multi-functional clinical project management activities, including the implementation of new programmatic changes and vendor solutions, aligned with clinical and operational goals and a focus on quality and value-based member care. Responsibilities include developing, implementing, and monitoring clinical project plans and requirements, coordinating with business process owners to define goals, success factors, and metrics; contributing to the development of clinical programs and services; assisting with the enhancement and maintenance of operational functions, policies, and provider education. The role also oversees the rollout of new specialty programs or processes and serves as a clinical liaison to customers to ensure proper implementation and monitoring within budget and operational constraints. Additional duties involve collaborating with leadership to manage revenue targets and operating expenses, tracking metrics on quality and cost impact, building relationships with internal and external teams, and communicating across departments and with vendors throughout the project lifecycle.
