You will mentor engineers, collaborate with digital product managers, and apply technologies including Java, Python, SQL, Node.js, Go, and Scala, along with Open Source RDBMS and NoSQL databases, Docker, Kubernetes, and AWS services.

Preferred qualifications include a Master's degree; 7+ years in at least one of Java/Scala/Python/Go/Node.js; 2+ years in any cloud service; 4+ years in open-source frameworks; 1+ year of people management; 2+ years of Agile practices. Salary ranges by location: McLean, VA: $197,300 - $225,100; Plano, TX: $179,400 - $204,700; Richmond, VA: $179,400 - $204,700. The role is eligible for performance-based incentives.
