On-site in Stuttgart, Germany, CACI is seeking a Scrum Master / Product Owner to support the U.S. European Command’s Knowledge Management team in delivering innovative, user-centered solutions that improve decision-making, enhance information sharing, and streamline business processes. The Scrum Master / Product Owner will apply technical expertise, customer engagement, and design thinking to develop and sustain enterprise KM tools and practices across multiple classification levels. The role focuses on backlog management, sprint planning, and release planning for multiple Software Sustainment systems, while managing customer expectations and requirements for those systems.

Responsibilities - Facilitate Scrum and Agile (SAFe) ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives. - Provide strategic technical leadership ensuring alignment with client needs and program goals. - Support the team in maintaining a sustainable pace and improving delivery predictability through facilitation of team velocity; track and collect Agile metrics for program-level reporting; remove impediments and proactively address blockers. - Support backlog refinement and release planning activities in partnership with Product Owners and program leadership. - Create meeting agendas and track action items to closure for meetings as required. - Facilitate team communications and update product stakeholders and staff as appropriate. - Prepare briefings on product status for both CACI and Government leadership. - Foster effective communication between the developmen
