About the role
movme is redefining mobility with a digital car subscription for private and business customers. We are growing rapidly and seek a Customer Support & Operations Assistant to be the central link between customers, logistics, and internal teams in Frankfurt, Germany.
Responsibilities
Qualifications:
- Manage customer support via hotline and email, providing timely, solution-oriented responses to inquiries from new and existing customers (delivery status, returns, invoices, and follow-up subscriptions); escalate complex topics to the appropriate teams.
- Plan and coordinate transfer appointments with customers and internal colleagues to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Analyze and maintain the Website Chatbot by reviewing conversations, identifying patterns, and updating content and flows accordingly.
- Manage documents and CRM data; support simple reports and help build an internal knowledge base.
- Support management and other departments with general administrative tasks; assist with onboarding new customers.
- Excellent German communication skills; English a plus.
- Enjoy working with people; friendly and confident on phone and email.
- Structured, autonomous, able to work both in the office and remotely.
- First experience in customer service, office management, or similar roles desirable.
- Proficient with common office tools; CRM experience beneficial.
- Team-oriented and flexible to take on new tasks.
