Your role and missions: As the DevOps ALM / Platform Engineering Lead (M/F) within the D2I Directorate, you join the ALM – Application Lifecycle Management team, a cross-national France & Poland group dedicated to designing and evolving the Direct Assurance DevOps platform. Your role is to provide platform leadership, run the DevOps factory, and embed engineering excellence at the heart of development practices to support the performance and business impact of IT teams.

Key responsibilities: - Define the DevOps and platform product strategy; articulate the DevOps vision around automation, standardization, self-service and the product model; establish CI/CD standards, Infrastructure as Code and engineering best practices; build and drive the platform roadmap aligned with business and IT needs. - Lead the cloud-native DevOps factory: design, maintain and evolve the CI/CD platform; industrialize build, test, deployment and release processes; ensure scalability, resilience and performance of pipeline
