This is a full-time hybrid position based in Nashville, Tennessee, reporting to the Tennessee General Manager. You will lead regional growth teams, drive partnerships and referrals, optimize intake operations, manage documentation collection, and leverage data analytics to refine growth strategies. Responsibilities include: leading regional growth teams to improve efficiency and patient experience; guiding Business Development Associates in expanding partnerships, increasing brand awareness, and optimizing resource allocation for growth; streamlining the intake process to ensure efficient lead management, accurate data collection, and timely qualification; overseeing documentation review to qualify families for our program; using data-driven insights to drive decisions and process improvements; ensuring cross-functional alignment with the General Manager and other departments; establishing workflows to maintain consistent execution across growth teams.
