Henkels & McCoy West is seeking a Project Manager I to join our team remotely within the United States, preferably in the Vancouver, WA area. This role provides project management for small to mid-size construction projects across various markets within an assigned Region or Division and is responsible for utilizing H&M's Project Management Methodology to manage all phases of the construction project lifecycle, while being accountable for all aspects of each project's success. The role serves as a single-point contact and ensures compliance with H&M safety and quality management protocols. Responsibilities include planning, monitoring, and reporting project status and performance data to management and stakeholders; anticipating potential implications of current work and implementing proactive decisions to ensure efficient productivity and timely completion; managing risks with mitigation plans and communicating risks for both self-performed and subcontracted work across all phases; providing thought leadership in continuous improvement of methodology, tools, and approaches; mentoring others and/or acting as an individual contributor across other project delivery functions; ensuring that team goals, roles, protocols, and relationships align with high-performance standards aligned with the company's strategy; and coordinating additional resources assigned to initiatives.
