Key responsibilities: - Further develop a holistic end-to-end lead strategy and the associated lead management ecosystem to sustainably increase growth and sales success. - Design and evolve digital business and sales models with a focus on customer experience, conversion, and sustainable growth. - Use analytics, automation, and modern technologies to derive data-based growth and decision-making. - Advance organic growth strategies in SEO, AI Search (GEO), and content production to increase visibility, reach, and demand. - Develop data-driven customer development and personalization strategies along the entire customer journey. - Derive strategic recommendations from customer, market, and performance data. - Lead and develop experts in Digital Growth, Web Analytics, Lead Management, and SEO/GEO Management, and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to implement initiatives successfully.
