Responsibilities include supporting recruiting and talent acquisition activities, creating job descriptions and specifications, using databases and online platforms to fill openings, conducting candidate screenings, and coordinating interviews with managers and leadership. You will help build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future technical openings, source and review applicants, promote the company's reputation, evaluate candidates against required skills, and engage with passive candidates through personalized outreach. You will also assist in closing filled positions in a timely manner.
