The Associate Project Manager (APM) is a junior owner’s representative project management role that functions as the project coordinator on wind, solar, and battery-energy-storage projects, supporting the Project Manager or Senior Project Manager and maintaining the administrative backbone of project delivery using Procore.

The Associate Project Manager (APM) is a junior owner’s representative project management role that functions as the project coordinator on wind, solar, and battery-energy-storage projects, supporting the Project Manager or Senior Project Manager and maintaining the administrative backbone of project delivery using Procore.
Responsibilities include managing submittals, RFIs, and document transmittals; maintaining organized project records; supporting project meetings, minutes, action-item tracking, and status reporting; facilitating contract management and change-order processes; processing pay applications and invoices; assisting with budgeting in owner ERP systems (e.g., SAP); supporting procurement and owner-furnished equipment coordination; and contributing to project lifecycle tasks while upholding quality and safety requirements.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; 0–3 years in project coordination or management; strong organizational and communication skills; proficiency with Microsoft 365 and Procore; willingness to travel and interact with clients; authorization to work in the United States.
Preferred: Experience with Procore, Ironclad, SAP; exposure to construction contracts, pay apps, submittals/RFIs, procurement and OFE coordination; exposure to utility-scale energy or constru
