The role leads the design and delivery of water and wastewater projects, maintains client relationships, and ensures technical excellence in project execution. Responsibilities include leading engineering design, coordinating tasks and sub-consultants, mentoring junior engineers, reviewing designs and reports for accuracy and constructability, managing budgets and schedules, and supporting business development through client engagement and proposals. Qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field, a Registered Professional Civil Engineer (P.E.) in the State of Arizona, a minimum of five years of water/wastewater engineering experience, and at least two years of project management experience. Proficiency with Microsoft Office; experience with modeling software is preferred. Salary range: $109,000 - $145,000 annually.
