We are seeking an Infrastructure Automation Engineer with deep Terraform expertise to design, build, and maintain the infrastructure-as-code foundations powering our cloud and hybrid environments. The ideal candidate will create reusable Terraform modules, implement policy-as-code, and standardize infrastructure delivery across multiple teams and cloud providers. Responsibilities include designing modular Terraform code, building a library of modules with clear interfaces and documentation, implementing automation pipelines with GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Atlantis, Terraform Cloud, or Spacelift, enforcing policy-as-code, managing Terraform state at scale, and mentoring engineering teams on best practices. Required qualifications include a bachelor’s degree in computer science or engineering, 5+ years in cloud infrastructure or DevOps with Terraform focus, hands-on experience authoring production Terraform across major cloud providers, scripting skills in Python, Go, or Bash, and strong knowledge of cloud networking and security primitives. Preferred qualifications include multi-cloud Terraform experience, familiarity with Terragrunt/Atlantis/Spacelift, policy engines, and contributions to public Terraform modules. This is a remote position open to candidates in the United States.
