Overview: The Scrum Master enables effective, predictable, and value-focused delivery across Enterprise Data Management scrum teams by applying Agile discipline, facilitation, coaching, and delivery visibility. This role partners closely with Product Owners, Engineering Leaders, Tech Leads, team members, and business stakeholders to ensure work is well understood, appropriately prioritized, and ready for execution. The ideal candidate will be proactive, independent, and action-oriented, with strong critical thinking, judgment, and communication and follow-through. They will help teams maintain momentum, identify and remove blockers, challenge assumptions constructively, and drive practical continuous improvement.
