Job Summary: The Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) is the primary resource to align human resources with business leadership. The HRBP will support associate relations, talent management, and associate engagement initiatives, and will collaborate closely with the Associate Relations team and HR Operations leadership.

Essential Functions: - Advises department leaders on aligning HR strategy with business objectives and organizational goals. - Serves as the primary contact for HR operational processes and collaborates with all HR functions to deliver integrated HR solutions. - Provides support to associates and managers on HR tools, policy interpretation, risk mitigation, and compliance. - Works with departments on strategies to improve engagement, productivity, and performance. - Delivers day-to-day performance guidance to leadership, including coaching, counseling, and corrective actions. - Investigates, manages, and resolves associate relations issues in partnership with department leadership and the Associate Relations team. - Partners with HR leadership to implement and continuously improve HR policies, practices, and programs. - Provides consultation on department restructuring, acquisitions, workforce planning, and succession planning. - Leverages HRIS and data analytics to provide insights on workforce metrics, trends, training needs, and operational performance. - Maintains knowledge of HR principles and offers credible consultation and best practices to stakeholders. - Champions and participates in associate recognition, engagement, and retention initiatives.
