About the role

WorkRight is seeking a Business Analyst to join one of our technical teams. The ideal candidate has IT experience and will contribute to development projects, partnering with a busy Product Team. The role primarily focuses on assisting the front-line completion team with escalated inquiries, building tools to help the service team resolve issues, and working with Product Managers to define and align product enhancements. The position is open to off-site talent in the United States.
