Responsibilities

Support the development and execution of product strategies that drive profitable P&C growth.
Assist in developing rate plans and product enhancement roadmaps.
Perform financial, market, competitive, and industry analyses to identify growth opportunities.
Collaborate with IT, Research, Pricing, Claims, Regulatory, Marketing, and Field Sales to implement product and pricing enhancements.
Develop marketing and product strategies to improve profitability and market competitiveness.
Support state filing activities by coordinating with compliance and regulatory teams on rate and form filings.
Build and maintain reports and dashboards to monitor KPIs (loss ratio, close ratio, retention, new business profitability).
Gather, analyze, and format large datasets to support product decisions and business recommendations.
Support underwriting strategy by defining underwriting appetite and maintaining underwriting guidelines.
Participate in new product development initiatives, including competitive benchmarking, vendor evaluations, and variable selection.
