What you can expect: - Telephone guidance during the application process: You actively support customers through their auxmoney loan application, identify their individual needs, and guide them through the next steps. - Understand needs and explain solutions: You analyze customers’ situations, explain options clearly, and help them make informed decisions. - Cross-selling with value: You strategically advise cross-selling products, explain their benefits, and guide customers to a decision with good conversation skills and the right timing, in a friendly, respectful manner. - Collaboration across teams: You work closely with colleagues in Service, Quality Assurance and IT, providing structured feedback from direct customer contact. - Proactively improve processes: You share ideas, question the status quo, and help continuously improve our Sales and Onboarding processes. - Work setup: You work remotely; for alignment the team currently meets once a month in the Düsseldorf office.
