Information Technology Strategies, Inc. (IT-Strat) is seeking a Program Manager to support government IT solutions across the United States. The role involves leading projects that require managing cross-functional teams of data processing and information management professionals through analysis, design, integration, testing, documentation, conversion, extension, and implementation of automated information and telecommunications systems. Responsibilities include day-to-day management of task order support operations, potentially across multiple projects and locations; organizing, directing, and coordinating planning and production of all task order activities; and demonstrating strong written and oral communication skills. The successful candidate will establish and, as necessary, adjust the corporate management structure to drive effective task order support. Requirements include IT-II security clearance or current NACLC (U.S. Citizenship, clean criminal history, no recent or pending bankruptcies); BS/BA or four additional years of related experience; PMP or equivalent project/program management certification from an accredited institution; DoD 8570 IAM Level II certification; at least five years of relevant experience with five years of leadership in IT/consulting; ten years of leadership experience with progressively higher responsibility in the IT and/or consulting fields; experience with the Information Technology Acquisition process and its milestones; and strong oral presentation and written communication skills.
