We are seeking a Medical Sales Account Executive to join a mission-driven team and grow a rural territory by developing referral relationships with hospitals, physician clinics, and other service areas. You will educate healthcare providers about Rotech's products and value-based care, partner with the local team to ensure seamless service, and conduct in-person visits to referral sources to close new accounts. The role offers uncapped commissions with high earnings potential, quarterly bonuses, a competitive base salary, mileage reimbursement for rural travel, and comprehensive benefits. Responsibilities include identifying and growing referral networks, presenting Rotech's solutions and value-based care, owning the rural territory, prospecting and closing new accounts, and reporting activity and trends to management. The position requires in-person visits within the assigned territory. Qualifications include at least a four-year degree or equivalent, experience in respiratory or medical sales preferred, strong communication and relationship-building skills, willingness to travel, CRM experience a plus, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
