Colliers Engineering & Design is seeking an Assistant Project Manager to join the Water Resources team in New Jersey. The candidate will support and/or lead hydrology and hydraulics modeling, stormwater management design, flood hazard area and dam safety permitting. The Water Resources practice focuses on water resource planning and design, flood risk management, dam safety, and environmental compliance. Responsibilities include supporting or leading stormwater management projects with green infrastructure and low impact development, performing hydrologic and hydraulic analyses, designing stormwater management BMPs, providing calculations for soil erosion and sediment control, conducting flood studies using HEC-RAS, and performing dam assessments and rehabilitation designs. The role may involve occasional site visits. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in civil engineering; 7+ years of related water resources experience; PE license is required (New Jersey license preferred or available by reciprocity); prior experience with NJDEP is a plus; proficiency with AutoCAD Civil 3D is a plus. English fluency required. Compensation: $105,210 to $139,020, depending on qualifications.
