Colliers Engineering & Design is seeking a Client Program Manager to lead multi-disciplinary teams delivering infrastructure projects for clients in the power and water industries in New York State. The role is based near Rochester, Buffalo, Albany, or Syracuse and offers in-office or hybrid work arrangements. Responsibilities include managing and growing program clients and their projects; coordinating proposal development, project organization, health and safety, subcontract management, scheduling, financial management, and delivery quality across multiple disciplines; guiding technical, cost, and scheduling decisions; maintaining and growing client relationships; working with other managers to proactively balance resources and address issues to keep projects on schedule, on budget, and with high quality; and resolving conflicts as they arise. Qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in civil engineering, a New York PE license (or reciprocity), 12+ years of experience leading multi-disciplinary teams (including 6+ years in project management), and knowledge of power and/or water infrastructure. PMP certification is a plus, along with strong collaboration and communication skills and English proficiency. Compensation ranges from $142,900 to $195,300, dependent on qualifications.
