Sun Com Mobile, the largest Cricket Wireless Authorized Retailer in the United States, is seeking a Retail Recruiter to lead full-cycle recruiting for Retail Sales Consultants, Store Managers, and retail leadership across multiple markets, including Sugar Land, Texas. The Recruiter will partner with Regional Directors, District Managers, and Store Managers to build high-performing teams that drive exceptional customer experiences and business results. Key responsibilities include managing the complete recruitment lifecycle from requisition approval through onboarding; sourcing, screening, interviewing, and evaluating candidates for retail roles across markets; coordinating interviews with hiring managers; extending offers and guiding candidates through pre-employment steps; and ensuring a positive candidate experience at every stage.
