Shawbrook is seeking an Internal Communications Manager – Business to join its Internal Communications team in London, United Kingdom. This is a new manager-level role that will serve as the operational backbone of the IC function, responsible for the day-to-day flow of news, updates and stories that keep colleagues informed and connected, as well as the communications that support significant business change such as restructures or acquisitions. You will be embedded in the business, building relationships across functions and becoming the go-to communications partner for departments that want to tell their story or land an important message. You will own several IC channels, lead the evolution of how we reach colleagues digitally, and ensure that communications are planned, sequenced and delivered effectively. You will also act as the bridge between Shawbrook's external narrative and its internal one, ensuring consistency between what we say to the market, investors and the press and what colleagues experience internally. This role reports to the Head of Communications and sits within the Group Strategy and Marketing function, spanning Shawbrook's four hubs and seven brands.
