Champion Window is seeking a Sales Manager to lead and grow a team of Factory Sales Representatives across the assigned territory. This is a producing role with primary responsibility for daily sales activities. You will lead sales meetings and training sessions, ride with team members on sales calls, evaluate performance, and help outline strategies for sales and marketing activities in collaboration with the Division Manager. The Sales Manager will recruit, onboard, and develop new sales representatives; drive a culture of accountability and customer-first focus; monitor performance metrics and implement development plans. Qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, proven ability to manage and grow a large sales team (in-home sales a plus), knowledge of Champion products, strong written and verbal communication skills, valid driver’s license, ability to pass a background check, and experience in recruiting and talent development.
