Shawbrook is seeking a Senior Delivery Manager to lead technology-enabled change across multiple squads within the Change function. You will oversee end-to-end delivery across 2–4 squads within a defined domain or large-scale initiative, shaping delivery strategy, managing risk, and coaching cross-functional squads to operate at pace while remaining compliant, value-driven and resilient. The role operates within Shawbrook’s Change Framework and supports PRA compliance, embedding agile and hybrid delivery approaches in a regulated environment. The ideal candidate will have deep experience leading multi-team delivery, navigating complex stakeholder landscapes, and elevating delivery maturity. Key responsibilities include leading end-to-end delivery across 2–4 squads; owning the tribe-level delivery roadmap and ensuring timely delivery of epics, initiatives and releases; coordinating cross-squad dependencies and facilitating quarterly planning; maintaining RAID logs and proactively managing risk; ensuring governance artefacts (Impact Assessments, Steering Committee packs) and Go/No-Go readiness for material releases.
