What you’ll do: - Design, develop, and maintain high-performance data pipelines using Airflow, DBT, and Python. - Architect and optimize the Snowflake-based data warehouse and lakehouse to serve as the single source of truth for customer data. - Integrate diverse structured and unstructured data sources (e.g., web data, third-party APIs) into the data ecosystem with quality and reliability. - Define roadmap priorities that anticipate internal consumer needs and advance data and AI capabilities. - Advise leadership on data strategy, readiness, and infrastructure investments. - Collaborate with ML engineers, data scientists, and product managers to translate business needs into scalable data solutions that deliver customer value. - Define, monitor, and enforce data quality SLAs across pipelines and products. - Participate in on-call rotation, perform root-cause analysis, and drive remediation and postmortems. - Triage production issues and escalates appropriately, coordinating with engineering leadership and stakeholders as needed. - Mentor and coach junior engineers, promoting best practices in code quality, data architect
