Working within the R&D team, you will design and execute experiments to improve efficiency, performance, and reliability; analyze test data; develop comprehensive test plans; and perform root-cause analysis. You will ensure testing aligns with industry standards (IEC 61215, IEC 61730, IEC 63209), manage internal reliability testing equipment, and lead qualification efforts for new products and materials. The role includes supporting new product introductions and engineering change management, participating in supplier selection for standard products and R&D activities, and collaborating with engineering, production, and quality teams to translate findings into robust product designs. Qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Materials Science, Physics, or a related field and 2–6 years of experience in an R&D or product engineering environment, preferably in renewable energy or the solar industry.
