National Corporate Housing is a growing company seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to attract, hire, and retain top talent across sales, management, and corporate roles at local, national, and global levels. This role will identify and recommend candidates for various positions, manage our ATS and job boards, and ensure compliance with state and federal employment laws. Responsibilities include: developing and implementing recruiting strategies, creating and updating job descriptions, full-cycle recruiting from sourcing to onboarding, monitoring recruiting processes and tools, building a pipeline of candidates, expanding networks within HR and the industry, strengthening National’s employer brand, researching and implementing new recruiting systems and tools, maintaining applicant data in compliance with laws and policies, conducting reference and background checks, preparing offer and rejection letters, assisting with onboarding, and supporting other recruiters as needed. Requirements include: a team player mindset, ability to handle high volumes, strong communication and presentation skills, problem-solving and training abilities, bachelor’s degree ideal, 3–5 years of agency and corporate recruiting with success in sales recruiting, experience in relocation or property management a plus, and some travel may be required. Preference for experience in matrix organizations.
