HDR Engineering is seeking a Power Project Manager to join our team of program management professionals in the United States. The role encompasses planning, developing, executing, and closing power projects of various sizes and complexities, including scope and/or proposal development, project team development, and management of schedule, budget, and quality. Projects may involve substations, transmission and distribution lines, routing/siting, environmental permitting, right-of-way acquisition, and construction management. Responsibilities include applying project management tools and techniques, leading multidisciplinary teams, implementing program management plans, QA/QC oversight, coordinating with HDR staff and subconsultants, organizing meetings, maintaining client communications, monitoring scope/schedule/budget against metrics, risk management, monthly reporting, and the use of PMIS and BI tools. The role may require travel for business development and execution. Requirements: Bachelor's degree, 7 years related experience, at least 2 years of project management experience, strong collaboration with design teams, excellent organizational and communication skills, and PMP certification preferred.
