About the role
MAC.BID is seeking a Scan Team Lead to supervise the on-site Scan Team in Colorado Springs, Colorado. The Scan Team Lead oversees a team of associates responsible for preparing items for online auctions, including scanning items into the auction system, researching products online, cropping photos, and correcting listings using proprietary software. This position reports to the General Manager.
Responsibilities
Qualifications:
- Scan items quickly and accurately into the system to create online auction listings
- Search products online
- Screenshot and crop photos for online listings
- Correct inaccurate or incomplete listings
- Lift and move items up to 25 pounds alone, or 50 pounds with a team lift, to organize according to our racking system
- Act as subject matter expert for all positions within the department
- Ensure adequate training for team members
- Help the team meet goals necessary for company growth
- Communicate effectively with the General Manager on escalated matters
- Adjust, approve, and submit timesheets
- Coordinate with the GM regarding disciplinary actions and communicate messages to team members
- Provide input in the evaluation process
- Coordinate with the supervisory team
- Perform other tasks as assigned by management
- On-site availability Monday–Friday with a half-hour lunch; hours determined by workload and the General Manager
- Ability to lift 25 pounds alone, 50 pounds with a team lift
- Ability to follow written directions and company policies
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Healthcare after 60 days of employment
