MAC.BID is seeking a Facility Team Lead to supervise warehouse operations at its Las Vegas, United States facility. This full-time, on-site role reports to the General Manager and leads drivers, maintenance staff, receiving personnel, and other warehouse workers to ensure efficient delivery unloading, inventory sorting, and overall facility cleanliness and organization.

Responsibilities include: - Overseeing the rapid unloading of trucks to minimize fees - Supervising inventory handling and pallet sorting - Managing daily cardboard recycling and waste streams, dumpster areas, and warehouse office cleanliness - Monitoring pallet jack and propane inventory - Conducting weekly audits of warehouse cleanliness and daily audits of parking lot cleanliness - Coordinating with the supervisory team and communicating across shifts - Performing other tasks as required
