What you'll do: - Support the Aerospace & Defense segment with order status, expediting, shipping dates, pricing, product availability, and credit processing. - Assist with the customer lifecycle from RFP through product/service delivery. - Enter new customer orders into the ERP system and maintain existing orders with accuracy. - Monitor and coordinate customer communications (verbal and written). - Communicate with customers as directed by senior team members. - Coordinate with Engineering, Production, Planning, Sourcing, and other internal departments to progress orders efficiently through production and fulfillment. - Collaborate with Strategic Sourcing to ensure approved sourcing strategies meet customer requirements. - Assist with preparing cost estimates and price quotations for assemblies and services. - Support the team in ensuring quotes are submitted, tracked, and processed in a time
