You will provide technical leadership across distributed teams and collaborate with data quality engineers, data/software engineers, platform engineers, DevOps, product owners, and leadership to scale AI capabilities across the organization. Responsibilities include deploying state-of-the-art AI models, developing ML/AI pipelines for data preprocessing, feature engineering, model training, hyperparameter tuning, and evaluation, and building scalable backend systems with robust logging and observability. You will partner with cross-functional teams to deliver AI solutions that improve user productivity, drive innovation, and advance our data-driven healthcare platform. Key requirements include 3+ years of ML/AI engineering in high-growth environments, 6+ years of software development, 2+ years of experience with Databricks and related tools, strong experience with language modeling and GenAI, proficiency in Python, TensorFlow/PyTorch, and scalable ML/AI architectures, and a track record of delivering production-grade systems. A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is expected. This is a remote role based in the United States.
